About:

Gajar Matar is a made of Carrots and Peas. It is a nutritious and delicious dish which is rich in Vitamin A.
Ingredients:

1 tbsp. oil
Finely chopped one onion
1 cup peas
1 cup chopped carrot
1 tsp. cumin seeds
Salt according to taste
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. red chilli powder

Directions:

1. Take a deep pan and Switch on flame

2. Put 1 tbsp. oil

3. Put cumin seeds, stir it till it is light brown.

4. Put chopped onion, stir it , put turmeric powder , red chilli  powder and salt according to taste, stir it

5. Put chopped carrot and peas, stir it , till it leaves oil

6. Put 1 cup water, stir it.

7. Cover it till it becomes tender or give a whistle in cooker.

It is ready to serve.

About:

Spaghetti is made of semolina and water. 

Spaghetti is the plural form of the italian word spaghetto. The word spaghetti can be literally translated as ‘little  strings‘. 

Spaghetti is a long thin, cylinderical pasta of italian origin. A  variety of pasta dishes are based on it. This dish is the combination of spinach, spaghetti, low fat cheese, white and red sauce. Spinach which gives us iron to eat. This is healthy  delicious dish to eat.

Those who will not try this dish, they will miss something.

 

Spaghetti Spinach

Ingredients:

For Green layer- 
2 medium  size  finely  chopped  onion
1 finely  chopped  green chilly
1 kg  well  cleaned  boiled  spinach  blended  properly
Salt  and  pepper  according  to taste
2 tbsp. Fresh  cream 

For White layer-
2 tbsp.  Butter
2 tbsp. Maida                                                                        
1 medium  size  boiled  spaghetti {half packet used in white layer}
2  medium  size  glass milk
Salt  and pepper according  to taste
1 tb sp. Oregano { herb powder }
For Red layer-
Half  packet  boiled  spaghetti
1 cup  tomato  ketchup sauce
Salt and  pepper  according  to  taste
1 tbl. sp. Oregano
To decorate and bake-
3 thinly  sliced  tomatoes
1 small packet  whole  grated  mozrella  cheese

Directions:

For the  green  layer-

1. Take a deep pan, switch on  flame, put 1 tsp. Oil.

2. Put chopped onion, green chili, stir it till onion turn to transparent pink, put blended  spinach, cream, salt and pepper, oregano, stir it  till it becomes slightly thick. Put in the serving  bake dish.
For  the  white  layer-

1. Take a deep pan, switch on the flame,  put butter, maida, stir it on the slow flame, slightly it turns to  pink colour, put milk slowly

2. Stir it till it becomes slightly thick, put salt and pepper, oregano, {this is known as whie sauce  also}, put boiled spaghetti, stir slowly.

3. Put the  white sauce  layer  on the green layer, spread properly in the baking dish.
For the red layer-

1. Take  a deep pan, put sauce, boiled  spaghetti,  salt and pepper, oregano

2. Stir properly on the  slow flame, put the red layer on the on the white layer, spread properly, in the baking dish.
For baking-

1. Put tomatoes, grated cheese on the red layer, bake it on medium temperature in the oven, till the colour changes to light  golden.

General Health Tips

If you have cough , put ginger and tulsi in the tea. Your cough will be cured.

If you have cold, take steam on your nose. Your cold will be cured.

If your eyesight is week, In the morning, when you get up , walk bare footed on the green grass atleast for 10 minutes. It will effect your eyes.

Eat green leafy vegetables, have fish oil. (cod liver oil). It will effect on eyes.

Rub your nails (don’t put nail polish on it) atleast for 5 minutes regularly. Your will not go white.

Nowdays,  people go for morning walk, they do laughing therapy, which is a good remedy to forget all the tensions , in this way, B.P., Sugar is also controlled and you will get charm on your face.

Morning walk or run regularly will maintain your weight.

In the morning do breathe in and out exercise, it will maintain your weight as well as it will help in controlling cold and cough.

Go for herbal treatments for your body. It will not have side effects.

 Herbal Tea- Try herbal teas or add  lemon, ginger or honey to your tea. ‘Lemon provides vitamin C which improves the body immune system and ginger is warming’. ‘Honey soothes a sore throat. Chamomile tea is known to have anti- bacterial properties.’

Hot chocolate- Make it dark chocolate because it has a high cocoa content, which means a higher level of flavonoids that act as antioxidants. Moreover , flavonoids  also help ease a persistent cough. (The darker the chocolate , Theobromine, a component in cocoa, relieves coughs’.

Chicken or Mutton soup- Hot chicken or mutton soup is high in minerals like zinc that resist infections and clear clogged airways, and the nourishing broth gives you energy, Add plenty of vegetables, including onion and garlic, for extra healing power.

COUS COUS AND VEGETABLE BROTH-  Cous Cous has great digestive properties, is low on fat and sodium, and contains good cholesterol. This soup has all essential amino acids , mineral and vitamins, including B- Complex.

RASAM- The spices help clear the nasal passage and relieve a soar throat.

HOT TODDY- A hot toddy is a mix of brandy and honey, lemon and tea. The honey and lemon act on your cold  and the brandy  provides warmth , making you feel better instantly.

HOT  WATER WITH GINGER- Boil ginger till water is reduced to a fourth of its original quantity. Add honey , ‘For higher therapeutic value, add tulsi or mint’.

GLOWING SKIN TIP-  TO MAKE YOURSELF FIT AND SKIN SHOULD GLOW, DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES WATER A DAY.

Natural Aloe– Vera is the good way of get rid of dullness, pimples , patches , on your face.

Put natural Aloe- Vera gel on your face regularly . It will give charm on your face.

If you have black patches , pimples on your face. Make scrub powder of on orange. (dry the peel of20-30 oranges for 4-5 days) , then blend in a mixture. It will in your scrub and pack.

For your face patches , Squeeze tomato juice and put on your patches ,this is a good remedy for patches.

Make a simple pack for pimples.- 1tsp.Multani mitti , 1tsp.chandan powder, 1tsp.orange powder, 1tsp.neem powder(dried fresh leaves powder) , dissolve it with rose water, make a thick paste and apply on face, pat dry and wash it with fresh cold water . Put moisturiser on your face.

Wash your hair with Awla, Reetha water. It will be a good conditioner for your hair.

After doing shampoo on your hair , put 2tsp. honey in half mug of water, apply on your hair. Rinse properly, then wash it off. It will be a good conditioner.

Take Coconut oil , put Awla, Reetha, Shikakai in the oil and give atleast one week sunrays , your natural herbal oil is ready. It will help your hair to grow, it will nourish your hair from hair to tips. It will help for your splitants hair.

Potato juice is good for dark circles.

One woman went to the parlour.

She had three hair on her head.

She told the beautician to make a knotted tail.

By chance one hair broke down. The woman was annoyed, she said to make roll from two hair.

Again by chance one hair broke down, only one hair was left.

Then she said don’t worry I’ll let my hair be open.
