Gobhi Musallam - Cauliflower Dish

Ingredients-
2 Cauliflowers
500gm.green peas
Sprinkled fried potatoes for garnishing
Ingredients for Green Chutney
1bunch of Coriander leaves
2 table spoon grated coconut
2-3 green chilies
1table spoon sugar
1table spoon salt
Ingredients for red chutney
1table spoon butter
1table spoon maida
1 cup water
1 cup tomato ketchup sauce
Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions
1. Boil cauliflower and peas when it becomes tender , strain it and put in a serving dish bowl .
2. For the green chutney-
2.1. Blend all the ingredients of the green chutney in the mixture and taste it , it should be
2.2. Sweet, Sour and Spicy. Pour the chutney on the cauliflower and peas and bake it for 180 C at minimum temperature till the chutney absorbs in the cauliflowers.
3. For the red chutney-
3.1. Take a pan, put butter and maida on the sim flame. Stir it till the color becomes light brown, then put water and sauce. Stir it till it becomes slightly thick. Put salt and pepper. Pour the red chutney on the cauliflowers, Put sprinkled fried potatoes as garnishing.
It is now ready to serve.
